Darla Cafe
Darla (pronounce Dar-Luh) is the vintage, classic, English shortened version of “darling,”meaning dearly beloved. Darla can also be a homonym gimmick to the word
“DARA” in Thai meaning “star.” In Thai, it is very common to play with rhyme and homonyms to make one’s language more interesting. Darla Cafe is in this way a “cafe of stars” while also being more colloquially the “dearly beloved cafe.” Darla Cafe is an asian fusion inspired Thai restaurant.
The company is comprised of a group of friends
who specialized in both sweet and savory dessert foods within the scope of traditional Thai food
seamlessly blended with other international cuisines.

Such a great spot for a delicious brunch! The service was warm and welcoming, and the ambiance was just perfect for a nice summer day. I loved how they kept the tree in the patio, definitely gives it a more cozy feel. The food was tasty and delicious, and an interesting take on your everyday brunch.
